- Company profile information you enter in the dashboard (facility or vendor details, specialties, logos, and similar).
- Content you submit for publication, such as jobs or sale and wanted listings.

- Standard log data such as browser type, device, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies needed to keep you logged in, remember preferences, and measure site use.
- Analytics data through Google Analytics (property G-F6NPHKJM39) to understand traffic and improve the site.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Operate the website, membership records, events, and members-only tools.
- Respond to inquiries and verify that a login request belongs to a member organization.

We keep account, membership, and form records for as long as needed to administer membership and events, meet legal or accounting needs, and resolve disputes. Analytics data is kept according to our analytics settings. When we no longer need personal information, we delete or de-identify it where practical.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures, including access-controlled member areas. No website is completely secure. Please use a unique password and tell us promptly if you think an account was misused.
Children
This site is intended for adults acting on behalf of surgery centers, vendors, and related professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You may update profile details in the members area where that feature is available, request a login change, or ask us to correct or delete information we hold, subject to records we must keep.
